I'm not quite sure why it is that Hailey keeps getting sick during every holiday. We're not sure if her ear infection is back, but the whole weekend she cried non-stop. She was a good sport anyway. She was so excited to have the Easter Bunny come to our house. She left carrots and a glass of water out for him, and was so excited to see that he had eaten the carrots when she woke up.
We had a great time with my family Saturday morning. We had a little Easter Egg hunt in our backyard. On Sunday after church we went to Ryan's parent's house for dinner and another Easter Egg hunt. It was so fun to see the little girls running around in their dresses. They all looked so adorable! My wonderful mother-in-law even did a little egg hunt for the adults. I didn't think I'd get into it until I found out there was money involved. I about tackled my brother-in-law Jesse for an egg only to find out it just had a Snickers in it. :)
We love Easter and all that it stands for. We're so grateful for our Savior and his sacrifice for us. What a wonderful example he is for all of us!
Hi Tiff,
ReplyDeleteSomehow I lost your email so I'm commenting instead. I can't believe how big your kids are getting! They look so cute in their Easter pics! Anyway, are you willing to share your recipe for your pepper jelley you gave for Christmas? My family loved it! Let me know. Hope all is well!
Hi Tiffany! Thanks for commenting on my blog. It's so good to hear from you! Your little family is soooo adorable! I'm glad to see you are doing well and are happy. :) I wonder how all the old neighborhood girls are doing too. I just keep in touch with Tanya Robinson, and she's doing well. Let's keep in touch!
